A total of<strong> 2,600 marchers<\/strong> filled the streets, trails, and seafront of our region with vibrant energy, smiles, and contagious enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>It truly was an extraordinary event. Everything we experienced over these two days \u2013 <strong>the participation, the shared joy, the inclusivity, the beauty of the routes, and the unique atmosphere that filled our town<\/strong> \u2013 is something we should never take for granted.<\/p>\n<p>Arenzano turned into an international celebration: flags from around the world waved throughout the town, but it was the <strong>people <\/strong>who brought the real color to the streets, creating moments of connection, hospitality, and shared joy that will stay in everyone\u2019s memories.<\/p>\n<p>We walked alongside <strong>participants from all over Europe<\/strong>, the <strong>United States<\/strong>, and even a group of <strong>9 Japanese marchers<\/strong>! As every year, the <strong>Dutch <\/strong>and <strong>German <\/strong>delegations stood out among the largest and most enthusiastic.<\/p>\n<p>On the hillside trails, in mountain huts, along the coastline, and through the town streets, <strong>families, couples, groups of friends, children, seniors, and people with disabilities marched together<\/strong> \u2013 all wearing hiking boots and the classic colorful cup around their necks: a symbol of Mare e Monti and of its inclusive, joyful spirit.<\/p>\n<p>So many people deserve thanks \u2013 we\u2019ll dedicate a separate post to express our gratitude to everyone who made this wonderful edition possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Save the date<\/strong>: we look forward to seeing you on September <strong>12\u201313, 2026,<\/strong> for an even more special edition. We\u2019ll celebrate <strong>40 years<\/strong> of the Mare e Monti March together! <\/p>\n<p>A special thank you goes to the <strong>volunteers<\/strong>, the true driving force of the event: you recognize them by their smiles, their patience, their enthusiasm, and their constant presence in every corner of the march.<\/p>\n<p>A heartfelt thanks to the <strong>Comitato Manifestazioni
